Benchmade’s $150 Bugout folding knife is already featured on many of 2020’s everyday carry roundups, but the Oregon-based company’s Limited Gold Class 319-201 Proper seeks to take “modern gentleman’s knife style to 11.”

From front to back, the tricked-out tool features a 2.82-inch steel sheepsfoot blade crafted from Munin-patterned Damascus steel and embossed with the brand’s logo, a wood grain-like composite Mokume bolster, and a black woven Micarta handle. Jeweled liners and 24K-gold plated hardware round out the luxe design.

Hi Consumption reports that the blingy edition elevates Benchmade’s Proper 319 while maintaining its weight, dimensions and slip-joint locking mechanism.

While that base model is readily available for $150, the Limited Gold Class version’s production is capped at 500 examples that’ll cost $1,000 a piece when they go on sale in early March.
